YESTERDAY, IRELAND’S Leaving Cert students picked up their results – now they must wait until Monday to find out if they’ve gotten into college.
But there’s one thing they need to know before they go and it is this: Irish college life is very different from how it’s portrayed in films. You’ll see.

You don’t have to choose your ‘major’ (or main field of study) until like, second year. And you can change it no bother if you don’t like it. What?!

Most colleges have an all-you-can-eat buffet, and students can purchase meal plans at the start of the year to ensure they never go hungry. IMAGINE.
